Chicken Alfredo

 

 

 

4 oz 

 

cooked egg noodles (about 2 cups)

 

¼ cup 

 

butter

 

¼ cup 

 

heavy cream

 

¼ cup 

 

grated parmesan cheese

 

2 Tbs 

 

Swiss cheese, shredded

 

12 oz 

 

fried chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips

Melt butter in a small sauce pan.

Add cream and heat through.

Pour over noodles.

Add cheeses, salt, and pepper to noodles. Toss until noodles are evenly coated.

Divide noodles evenly between two plates.

Spread chicken strips over top of noodles.
