Strawberry S'More

Strawberry season
is right around the corner. Fresh strawberries have a delicious naturally sweet taste, but there is only about 50 calories
in a whole cup! They are also a good source of vitamin C, folate, potassium and dietary fiber. This recipe offers all the
great benefits of strawberries, but also boosts your caloric intake. |

Preheat oven to
350°. |

Bake graham cracker
crust for approximately 8 minutes, then cool completely. |

Place heavy cream
in medium microwave safe bowl. Cook cream in microwave on high power for 1 minute. Cream can boil over suddenly so please
watch the cream while it cooks. |

Stir in both kinds
of chocolate chips until smooth and melted. Cool. |

Evenly spread sliced
strawberries over cooled crust. Pour chocolate mixture over strawberries. Spread chocolate mixture over the strawberries with
a spoon making sure it gets down between all the strawberries. |

Place marshmallow
cream in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave on medium power for 30 seconds until soft. |

Stir until smooth
and then drop by spoonfuls over chocolate layer. With a knife, swirl the creme and chocolate to marble. |

Chill for at least
one hour before serving. |
